Description

  • A decree to levy tax on building land is a decree on the basis of the Municipal Law to levy betterment levy in respect of an immovable good located in a certain part of the municipality which benefits from the facilities realised through or in collaboration with the municipal council, from those who enjoy the immovable good on the basis of ownership, possession or limited property right, whereby the expenses connected to the facilities can be entirely or partly apportioned.
