Description

  • The competent installer is the one who acted as the owner of the network on January 1, 2007. He is competent to apply for the registration of the installation of the network as referred to in article 17 paragraph 1 under k of Book 3 Dutch Civil Code in the land register and, as owner, to transfer or burden the network.
