Definition
- An annotation is an addition to the registration of registered property with regards to facts that can have consequences for the execution of rights on that registered property.
Scope note
- In the Netherlands a cautionary remark about a claim based on the assertion of a right is only possible after recording of the start of a court procedure. There are also some remarks registered that contain additional information about the rights or the holders of the rights, and about the objects
