Definition
- An executory seizure is a seizure that, separately or following a prejudgment is levied as soon as the person levying the seizure has received an entitlement to enforcement in the main proceedings, which has become enforceable. The entitlement to enforcement must be served to the debtor and, if attachment by garnishment occurs, also to the third party.
