Description

  • A chosen residence is a residence of a natural person that he may choose in deviation from art. 1:10 BW when the law obliges him to do so or when the choice occurs through an agreement concluded in writing or through electronic means, for one or more specified legal acts or legal relationships and whena reasonable interest exists for the chosen residence.
