Description

  • An option right is a property right, consisting of a right of the holder of an aircraft to acquire the ownership thereof after payment of a certain sum or after fulfillment of any other condition through a contract of sale that has or is to be concluded. The notarial deed for the creation of this right clearly states the aircraft that is subject to that right.
