Definition
- A limitation under private law is a limitation of the authority to use or dispose over an immovable good or a right to which the good is subject to. The limitation of the authority is not regulated by law under public law but under private law, for example by agreement. Yet, it is possible that the registration of these personal rights might require that the law allows such registration (for example Interim Rent-to-Own (Immovable Property) Act.
