Public limitation
Definition
- A limitation governed by public law is a limitation of the competence to use or dispose of an immovable good or a right to which the immovable good is subject to, not being a limitation governed by private law and/or an indebtedness that rests on an immovable good or a right to which the immovable good is subject to.

- The public rights or limitations from municipalities are registered in a National Public Rights Base Register. The other public rights from e.g a province are registered in the Land Registry.
