Definitie
- Redevelopment levy is an indebtedness in favor of the State through payments other than on the basis of article 102 Redevelopment Act East Groningen and the Groningen-Drenthe peat due by the owners that rests on the plots allocated to them in respect of the list of the monetary scheme as concluded by the district court.
