Definitie

  • An obligation attached to a certain capacity is an agreement whereby it is stipulated that the duties of one of the parties to tolerate something or to not do something with regard to one of the registered goods belonging to them, is to pass on the one who is to acquire the good under singular title and that also those who acquire the right to use the good from the person entitled shall be bound by it.

  • 201505013: Uitleg was: Deze overeenkomst betekent dat regels voor een geregistreerd goed waaraan iemand zich moet houden, ook gelden voor degene die het goed krijgt door overdracht, verjaring of onteigening. De regels gelden ook voor degene die het recht heeft om het goed te gebruiken.
